The Chiltern Hills - Saturday walks

This is to give people a chance to meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month. It's normally a morning walk, followed by a pub lunch. The walking is not arduous, maybe the odd hilly bit, but it's really an opportunity for excercise, with Christian fellowship.

Each month we will post up a meeting place and time. This will always be a pub and a map grid reference. Alternatively meet at Gold Hill Baptist Church, SL9 9DG. Be there on time, as we leave at 9.10 to meet the others at the pub.

There's NO charge for this, but please tell us in advance if you are coming. If you're really lazy or busy, just meet us for lunch!!!

These walks are arranged by linking with the Gold Hill Walking group, led by Gay and Dave Beattie, who are regulars on our Swiss weeks, so it's a natural addition, to utilise their UK expertise.  They organise excellent routes, Gay is an expert on the Chilterm flowers! There will be folks from Gold Hill church, others who join the group to walk and some, with links to GHH's.
