Adelboden

In the Bernese Oberland, this Swiss mountain village is at 1350m. The 'Albo' has bedrooms for 2, 3 and 6, each with a washbasin and mostly single beds. Just five minutes walk from the main lift, this centre is ideally situated. With the Hahnenmoos linking Adelboden and Lenk and engstligenalp rising to 2357m there is skiing to suit all abilities.

Alpes Vaudoises

The region includes Les Diableret, Glacier 3000, Leysin and Villars. It also includes the small village of Les Mosses, where our centre is situated, at 1450m. In total, this provides a large and varied ski area. We will use our coach on 5 of the days, to explore it. Our centre has bedrooms for 2 & 4 each with a washbasin. It is only 100m from the nearest lift, which will be convenient when we choose to ski here and it links to La Lecherette.

Flims

This large ski area with 220km of piste is a well kept Swiss secret, little known by the Brits, called "The White Arena". We will be staying in Trin a 15 minute bus ride from the Flims Dorf uplift. Our centre has rooms for 2 and 3 (single beds), 4 (bunks) and 7(continuous bunks). The ski area goes to 3000m with year round glacier skiing. With blue and red runs at high altitude, but also plenty black, unpisted and bump runs, we think you will enjoy the skiing! We will be offering Snow Boarding lessons in this resort.

Crans Montana

The Swiss resort of Crans-Montana is an outstanding ski area. Our centre is located at 1500m a short walk from the ski lifts and shops. The rooms are for 2 and 4 mostly with bunk beds and each with a wash basin. Our ski pass covers the Crans, Montana and Aminona areas, which all interlink. It also includes the Plaine Morte glacier with skiing up to 3000m.

Lauterbrunnen

Tucked between the valley's sheer walls this village is well located to ski all three areas of the Jungfrau region. Our ski pass includes the whole area with 190kms of piste rising to 2970m. We mainly ski above Wengen in the Kleine Scheidegg and Mannlichen area. There is also easy access to Murren and the Schilthorn ski area, well known for the "James Bond" revolving restaurant. We sometimes go to Grindelwald and explore the First area. Our chalet is a short walk from the station through the village and has bedrooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4, with washbasins and mainly single beds. This is a large ski area, in awesome scenery, just below the Eiger, and is suitable for everyone.

Four Valleys

Spread over four Valleys this Swiss resort has a total of 400km of piste. Our remote house is in Mayens de Sion, a 2km bus ride from the ski lifts to Thyon. It is possible to ski back to the house which has rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 with single beds. Our ski pass is for Sector Printze and covers Les Collon, Veysonnaz and Haute Nendaz. For a little extra, a day extension, can include the Mont Fort glacier and Verbier. Oddly enough it is a great resort for experts and beginners alike.

Saas-Almagell

This small Swiss village has skiing for all abilities and benefits from snow cannons. Our centre at 1650m has rooms for 2, 3, 4, & 6, mostly with bunk beds and a washbasin. A sauna is freely available and there is the ease of doorstep skiing. The ski pass also covers Saas-Grund, a larger area going to 3100m. Skiing on the Saas-Fee glacier costs extra but guarantees year round snow. If the majority choose this pass we may run some ski lessons in Saas-Fee.
